Friendship

Panel 1 - John (thought): I never really feel like I know where I stand with people. Panel 2 - John picks up his phone. - John (thought): I’m always either on eggshells or feeling bad because I said or did something to offend them. Panel 3 - John dials. - John (thought): I guess a big part of any friendship is learning its limits and boundaries. Panel 4 - Split screen of John on the phone with Ed (who is playing a game). - John: Hello Edward. Is it okay if I use some of the deodorant you left at my house 3 months and 5 days ago. Ed: Yeah sure. Panel 5 - Ed hangs up and goes back to his video game. Panel 6 - Ed: Wonder who that was.
